ARTISTS: All artists are encouraged to sign the standard hrcmusic 'royalty' agreement. They must settle disputes directly with their music labels if contracted. All products given to hrcmusic and representing companies will be used for sale for at least 2 years by hrcmusic.
 
MUSIC LABEL: Record labels must sign the basic hrcmusic declaration.They are advised to  send a copy of the contract with the artist they are presenting to hrcmusic for sales and distribution.
 
DISTRIBUTOR: All distributor must comply with local and international trade rules and regulations regarding copyrighted products.They shall not in any case violate the rights of artists, music labels, hrcmusic or the rights of any third parties in the process of distributing products derived from hrcmusic.
 
RETAIL CLIENTS: All customers must comply with local and international copyrights  and intellectual property rules, laws and regulations.They shall not in any case violate the rights of artists, music labels, hrcmusic or the rights of any third parties in the process of downloading or purchasing products from hrcmusic nor thereafter.
 
AGE LIMITS: Persons under the age of 14 are not encouraged to navigate this site without parental supervision. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to undertake transactions on this site without the expressed permission of the payment account holder.
 
PAYMENTS: All payments must be received before completion of transaction. See the HELP section of our site for more information. All transactions requiring the use of payment cards must be handled directly by the account holder except in the case of customers using the legal rights of attorney bestowed on them by the account holder. HRCMUSIC and affiliate companies will not be liable for any loss incurred by customers as a result of accidental or deliberate misuse of their payment accounts.
You may be charged for some services prior to completion of transaction. For example postage,delivery, cheque payments etc.
 
PARTNERS: All partners must keep their obligations according to the respective agreements with hrcmusic or its owner companies.That's it! Just nice and easy!
 
ADVERTS: We reserve the right to discontinue any adverts on our site without notice.All proposed adverts will be reviewed and edited if necessary before publication. We will exercise our free will to accept or reject adverts on our sites. We will not bear responsibility for implied adverse effects linked to adverts published on our sites.
 
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY: Standard postage is expected to take 7 to 28 days depending on the destination. Courier services are expected to take 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination. In extremely rare occasions, there may be a delay en route after postage. Please contact our team 4 weeks after postage to investigate and resolve the issue.We bear no responsibilities for consequential losses or damages ensuing from third party or customer faults and involvements in the postage process.
 
GENERAL: By navigating our website or using our services, you completely agree to all our terms and conditions without reservation.You or your representatives therefore will not hold us responsible for any losses or damages you or your representatives incur as a result of the function or malfunction of our site or its linkages.
